After Eve Entertainment (“After Eve”, “we”, “us”) supplies professional entertainment models to private clients (“you”, “the client”, “guests”). By confirming a booking or paying a deposit you agree to these terms. Please read them before you book — they exist so every night runs smoothly for everyone.

A 10% deposit locks your date and your chosen models into our schedule. From that moment we turn away other enquiries for the same time slot, which is why deposits are non-refundable. If plans change with at least 48 hours notice, your deposit is held as credit for 12 months toward a future booking rather than lost.

To confirm a booking we need your full name, contact number, event address, date, start time, duration, guest numbers and occasion. All guests must be 18 or over, and we may request photo ID at booking or on the night. Refusal to provide reasonable booking details or ID will result in the booking being cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Nothing is confirmed until these details are supplied.

Life happens, and we’re reasonable people. Give us at least 48 hours notice and a valid reason — illness, a family emergency, the event itself being postponed — and we’ll transfer your booking to a new date or hold your deposit as credit for 12 months, subject to model availability.

Inside 48 hours, or where no valid reason is given, the deposit is forfeited. That isn’t us being difficult: your models have already blocked out the night and turned away other work, and at that notice we can’t refill it. A minimum $100 cancellation fee applies where a model has already been dispatched and the booking is cancelled on arrival, payment isn’t ready, or nobody greets her within 10 minutes.

The balance is paid directly to your model in cash on arrival, in full, for the entire booked duration — before the entertainment begins. Card payments (where offered for deposits) may attract a surcharge, which we’ll tell you about upfront. Tips are entirely at your discretion, always appreciated, and non-refundable.

Your booking time begins when the model arrives at the venue, not when the entertainment starts. If you release a model early, the full booked duration is still payable — no refunds or credits for unused time. Extensions on the night are welcome subject to availability, arranged through us.

Models are scheduled to arrive within 30 minutes either side of your booked start time (a 9pm booking means arrival between 8.30pm and 9.30pm). Perth traffic, weather and prior bookings happen; we’ll always keep you informed. For last-minute and ASAP bookings, allow 1–2 hours from confirmation. Models may be accompanied by a driver or assistant.

We send photos of the models available on your date and you choose your favourites — that’s the After Eve way. Bookings made early have the widest choice. While we do everything possible to supply your chosen model, availability can change through illness or unforeseen circumstances. In that case we’ll offer you a replacement of equal standard for your approval, or full credit if you’d rather not proceed. Costumes, themes and show styles may vary slightly between models.

It is your responsibility to confirm that adult entertainment is permitted at your venue, charter boat, party bus, hotel or function room. If you book the venue or vehicle independently and the operator refuses entry to our models on the night, the booking is treated as cancelled by you and no refund or credit applies. When in doubt, ask the operator in writing before you book us.

No photos or video of the models without their direct permission. Each model sets her own rules and will tell you at the start. Filming or photographing without consent will end the performance immediately with no refund, and we reserve the right to take the matter further. Don’t be the guest who ends the party early. Our models are professionals and guests at your event. If a model is harassed, threatened, touched without consent, mocked or made to feel unsafe by anyone present, the performance ends immediately with no refund and the model keeps her full fee. This is the one rule with zero flexibility. You are responsible for the conduct of every guest at your booking.

You agree to comply with the venue’s health and safety requirements and to provide a safe environment for our models. After Eve is not liable for death, injury, illness, loss or damage suffered by any guest or third party, however caused, including accidents, acts of violence or unlawful conduct by any person at the booking. Guests who engage in dangerous or unlawful behaviour bear full responsibility for their own actions. You are responsible for any loss or damage caused to a model’s property or belongings through misuse, negligence or otherwise.

Ladies in the crowd are welcome at most bookings — just tell us at booking time so we can match you with models comfortable performing for a mixed audience. Mixed-crowd surcharges may apply to some bookings and will always be quoted upfront.

Please have a clean, private room or bathroom available for your model to change and freshen up before and after the entertainment, and a clear space for any show. Let us know in advance about stairs, security, gate codes or anything else that affects access.

Travel is included within the Perth metropolitan area. A travel fee applies outside metro, quoted upfront, and we travel as far as Dunsborough with a 3-hour minimum booking plus travel fee. Where an overnight stay is required, accommodation is arranged and covered by the client.

Your entertainment style is chosen and locked in when you book, with the rate locked alongside it. Any change or upgrade is arranged through After Eve before the night — never negotiated with the model directly. Minimum booking is 2 hours per model.

If you apply to join our roster, you give us permission to use the photos and information you supply for the purpose of assessing your application and, if approved, promoting your availability on our website, social media and in booking enquiries. You may ask us to remove your profile at any time.

After Eve Entertainment is strictly an entertainment agency. We do not provide services of any other nature — nothing more is offered, implied or available, and requests otherwise will end the booking immediately with no refund. All bookings and all guests are strictly 18+. Models are subject to availability. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and may be updated from time to time; the version published here at the time of your booking applies.
